Switching from Calor

Thinking of switching from Calor? Plenty of homes and businesses move to us for a local, family-run delivery service. We’re an authorised Flogas dealer, so you’ll be switching to Flogas bottles, delivered to your door.

How switching works

1. Choose the matching Flogas bottle. Stay with the same gas you use now, propane or butane; it’s on your bottle’s label. Not sure which size? Text or WhatsApp us a photo of the label and we’ll suggest the nearest Flogas bottle.
2. Choose “New bottle” for your first order. We swap Flogas empties only, so your first Flogas bottle includes a one-off cylinder charge, including VAT: £47.50 for standard propane, butane and Leisure Gas bottles, £55 for Gaslight, or £58 for 47kg Propane, 19kg Propane and 18kg FLT.
3. After that, just swap your empty. Each refill is the normal price when you hand over your Flogas empty. Most of our regular customers simply text us when they need another bottle.

Your Calor bottles

We swap Flogas empties only, so we can’t take a Calor bottle in exchange. Contact Calor or a Calor stockist about returning it.

Regulators

A regulator isn’t included in our prices. Propane and butane regulators are not interchangeable. The regulator must suit your appliance: check its data plate or instructions for the pressure it needs, or ask us. Each bottle page lists the regulator Flogas recommends. Not sure your current regulator fits? Send us a photo and we’ll help you check. Don’t alter a valve or fitting to make a different cylinder fit.

Prices and delivery

Every bottle in our shop shows its full price, including VAT. Delivery is £5 per order, or free when your order includes a 47kg, 19kg or 18kg FLT bottle. We’ll ring or text you to arrange delivery within 5 days.
