These terms apply to online orders. Your order confirmation includes the version you accepted.
Order, cancellation and returns terms
Your order and delivery
Your order is accepted when we save it and give you an order reference. Card payment must be confirmed before dispatch; bank transfer remains due until received. The complete total includes VAT, delivery and any cylinder charges. Delivery is in up to 5 days; we will contact you to arrange it. You need not be present if the agreed location and any agreed empties are accessible. If an agreed empty is missing, we may cancel delivery or discuss an additional charge. Difficult access needs agreement before payment. Cylinder connection is by arrangement.
Changing your mind
For an online consumer order, tell us you wish to cancel within 14 days after the day you receive the cylinders. Contact us by phone, email or post below; you can use the cancellation form, but do not have to. We arrange safe collection. Collection costs £30 per cancelled order/address, limited to the direct collection cost if lower. No collection charge applies if collection is unnecessary. Make the cylinders available for collection; do not send them by ordinary post.
Refunds and part-used cylinders
For a statutory cancellation we refund within 14 days of your cancellation notice, using the original payment method. A whole-order cancellation includes standard outward delivery. We may deduct evidenced loss in value from gas used or damage caused by handling beyond what is needed to inspect the goods, and the applicable collection cost. We explain any deduction. There is no automatic full refund for consumed gas, and no automatic forfeiture for opening or connecting a cylinder. We offer no additional change-of-mind returns beyond your legal rights.
Faults, damage and safety
Contact us promptly about a suspected fault or leak. We may arrange a safe inspection. Customer-caused damage or misuse is not a supplied fault; normal use alone does not prove misuse. Genuine supplied faults are put right at no cost, including necessary collection. Your legal rights, including a refund where required, are unaffected by part use. Gas lost through a supplied fault is not treated as gas you chose to use. Do not tamper with or attempt to repair a cylinder; contact us for safe handling arrangements.
