Delivery

Delivery only. We don’t offer a collection yard.

Delivery charges

£5 once per standard-cylinder order to one address. Delivery is free for the whole order when it includes 47kg Propane, 19kg Propane or 18kg FLT. Gaslight arrangements need a check before payment.

Free delivery does not extend the delivery area. Addresses outside confirmed coverage and uncertain boundary addresses need a check before payment.

Arranging delivery

Delivery is in up to 5 days. We’ll contact you to arrange it. You need not be present if the agreed cylinder location and any agreed empties are suitable and accessible.

Leave any agreed empty cylinders accessible. If an agreed empty is missing, delivery may be cancelled or an additional charge discussed.

Access and connection

Tell us before payment about flights of stairs or substantial difficult carrying. We’ll check whether delivery is suitable. Cylinder connection is available by arrangement.
